How it Works
The process begins with a free consultation. This consultation may take place in person or by phone, and includes a detailed discussion of your fitness goals, exercise experience and relevant medical history. I’ll ask about your daily life and how much time you can commit to exercise. I’ll explain what you need to do and why, and I’ll outline how long it will take to reach your goals. At the end of the consultation, we set a schedule that you are comfortable with and feel confident about sticking to.

Locations Covered
I work primarily in New York’s Upper East Side and I also visit the Upper West Side, Midtown, and Greenwich Village to see clients. I will come to your apartment, office or residential fitness center. I can meet you in the park for an outdoor workout or at a gym that allows members to workout with private trainers.

Trainer Qualifications
I hold a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and maintain several fitness certifications. My work experience includes corporate fitness & wellness management, teaching trainer certification courses and personal training in some of New York City’s best gyms.
